I am worried my order will arrive damaged, what packaging do you use?

We package every order with care to ensure your items arrive to you safely and quickly. Although we cannot guarantee that your order will not be damaged in transit, we certainly take all the necessary precautions to minimize this risk. All orders are packed in cardboard boxes and loose filled with biodegradable foam popcorn for extra protection.

In what condition the boxes are sold?

All our products are in the original package, factory sealed and untampered.

Why did I get less autographs/memorabilia than it states on the box? Can I have a refund for this box?

I opened the box and got a redemption card, what do I do now?

Sometimes, a manufacturer may include redemptions in products in lieu of autographs. Redemption expiration dates are set by the manufacturer and may no longer be accepted by the manufacturer after certain dates. For more information on redemptions and/or expiration dates, please contact the manufacturer.
